James is a highly skilled, results-oriented executive with 7+ years of experience in high tempo, demanding environments. Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, the development of startups, joint ventures, divisions and business units within companies. James earned his Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Hofstra University in New York and his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

James founded FGC Advisory Group in May 2023 after leaving his corporate job as an Engineer with Lockheed Martin and now serves his time educating established companies within the United States on how to conduct business with the Federal Government.
