How We Work

Using information gathered from any previous contracts, the current solicitation, & customer need versus company capability, our team works to understand the necessary response

2. PLAN

Based on initial analysis, we develop a plan for the proposal effort & the proposal itself, understanding necessary deliverables, assigning section authors, & identifying necessary subject matter experts

3. DEVELOP

Manage deliverables through the entire proposal development process, using color team reviews as milestones & ensuring a compliant & compelling proposal

4. SUBMIT

Complying with the proposal submission requirements, we finalize and submit electronic and paper submissions of any size
